Exactly 62 years ago today, the riders of the 1963 Tour of Luzon set off on an unforgettable journey across the country. To honor their legacy, I am launching this special issue of ESCAPADES! on April 21, 2025—a tribute to the race that captured the heart of a nation and the cyclists who paved the way for future generations.
