Arch of Sta. Cruz - The Fifth Stage
A cyclist powers past the welcome arch of Sta. Cruz, Laguna during the fifth lap of the The 1963 Tour of Luzon. On this historic day, April 25, 1963, Virgilio Delin of Pangasinan Team surged ahead to win the lap and reclaim 3rd place overall. Cipriano Mariano of Manila-Rizal Team retains the overall leadership. Through the heat and cheers of the crowd, Delin's determination and sprint finish made this stage unforgettable.
