On this historic day, April 25, 1963, Virgilio Delin of Pangasinan Team surged ahead to win the lap and reclaim 3rd place overall. Cipriano Mariano of Manila-Rizal Team retains the overall leadership. Through the heat and cheers of the crowd, Delin's determination and sprint finish made this stage unforgettable.
